I know if your a felon in oregon you cannot have a mj card. Definitely depends on the state your trying to grow in. Do you have any prison stories? Also do you have any general advice you could share with us now that the whole situation is almost over?

if I were you I wouldn't grow again without a card man. maybe if you came to CA you'd find people who could help you get back on your feet. hopefully you had some stacks saved up. good luck to you...

fuck what am I thinking of course felons can get carded in Cali, knew someone who had come out not long ago, 1/2 life in all sorts of prisons, not even a US citizen, career felon/trafficker, got card instantly and didnt bat an eye, he in fact used prison medical records to help demonstrate his legitimate back problems.. hope that helps..

no offense but when u let greed overpass common sense your bound to get caught. why have all that much? 9 lbs plus mothers and 10 lights....wayyyyy to much IMO.

grow what you need until another harvest is done. 1/2 lb should last at least 6 months....buy a vape let it last and grow when you get less and 4 ozs and mayb hold a mom or two. really sorry to hear that bro but growing isnt a contest...too flashy and bye bye

on november 24th I was visited by valley county sherriffs with a warrant and was busted with about 9 lbs of trainwreck 10 or 11 lights and six growing mothers. just dont relax your security. looks like ill be doing some time in the pen.

I looked at Idaho laws on NORML/State, and that is a pretty harsh state. Hope that this is your first offense, that you have a pile of cash for a really good lawyer, and beat this down into a fine and probation.

Nine pounds is a bit more than quantity for personal consumption, unless you're a rastaman. I could probably burn through that pile in 8 or 9 months, given enough encouragement. Wouldn't likely set any Guinness Record though, LOL.

Wow, Bro don't sweat it, I got hit with 20+ 1 State over on the way home about 3-4 years ago and only ended up with some GPS monitor and probation. As many others have said, get a good lawyer if it takes selling everything you own. We really own nothing but our story, that's the only thing we can possibly take were ever it is we go when this journey's over. When choosing a lawyer, chose the best from a county near, but never the same county as the incident. this way your case will not be part of the game your lawyer and the prosecutor have been playing. If you don't have a good case spread it out over the next couple years in order to complete treatment that you start, do as much positive in your community as possible and come sentencing hopefully the positives will outweigh the negatives. Stand up for what you believe in but as a defendant keep your opinions and your beliefs to your self as they will do nothing other than burn you down in court. Also speak not again of this case to anybody other than your lawyer. Brother you are in are thoughts. karma, One Love

9 lbs. is a bit much when you're in Idaho and its against the law.

Sucks to go to jail either way. Should just make you do hella community service.

9 years of pulling weeds on the side of the freeway 2 days a week.

Ive been sentanced to 1 fixed and four years indeterminate.....Ive already served about 14 months at I.S.C.I. (the yard)...and now Im out on parole.It very true that you need a good lawyer....but they can be hard to locate...good advice about getting one from a neighboring county...local politics is really a factor. Idaho is a dangerous place to grow...very repressive laws, my prioritys were wrong.....it doesnt matter how much herb I had over 3 ozs, cause that itself carries a manditory minimum of a year in Id. It used to just kill me that in the pen there were signs up at nearly every entrance or exit that said : "Security is never convenient" ....those words have been written on my heart....

You're words really moved me , i really hope everything in your life becomes better, and it will. You need to mpve out and find a good job and grow some more when ur clear, cause its something you cannot ever give up on. even if its a few years

Hope shit gets better for ya..ofcourse you already know this, but stay clean till all of this is behind you, pissing dirty is not worth it at all....Just get it over with...and if possible, maybe move to a med state, and start doing what you love to do...GROW!

I was born there and have lots of family there still. My Dad and uncles had some huge outdoor grows there. Eventually security was their downfall and my Dad did a few years in their penitentiary too. He screwed around on parole and went back again. I keep trying to get him to move to Kali with me!!
