bursted trichomes

sorry if this is in the wrong forum, but i'm stumped. i have some trichs that have broken heads and also have amber stalks. does this mean they've over ripened, or just damaged? i'm at about day 62 of what looks to be a pretty even mix, indy/sativa, it's just bagseed. i've never let them o this long, just wanted to try it out and see what the buzz is like. the trichs are about 10% clear,80%cloudy, and 10%broken/amber. please tell what's up.thanks a bud. .

nope, i ain't even touched 'em. i have a problem with patience, so i try to stay away from them. the weirdest thing about the way they look is, the amber in the stalk is nly in the middle of the stalk,with clear around it. it's like a vein goin up the middle or something.(best way i know to describe it) hopefully i'll get a camera by my next grow. thanx for any and all info.

take her anytime, I would trim a branch and quickdry it, if the smoke is where you want then harvest it.

Its all about your tastes, prefs, wants,and needs... early harvest with clear trichs gives a clear hi, later harvests with cloudy/amber trichs give a more narcotic, couch locking hi...

however this is mainly determined by genetics

I read somewhere that with some strains the trichs will naturally burst when they get super plump so you may have this trait. I would harvest now or within a week. Peace
