i know the hps orange doesnt help, but the discoloration is pretty evident .
2 weeks into flower.
4 parts soil, 1 part perlite, 1 part vermiculite, with a dash of dolomite lime.
daytime temps about 78f, nighttime about 66f
earth juice grow was used during veg; no real feeding since 12/12 except for a top-dressing of about 1/2 cup of wormcastings .
run-off ph is 6.5 - 7.0
196 watts total hps and cfl covering a 3.7sq.ft. footprint.
strain = sugarwarp.

this 2nd plant is a nigerian nightmare . same conditions as above except that it has been around longer and was used for cloning practice.

whaddya think ?

looks over watered, make sure you let the dirt get dry between waterings. after re-reading post Maybe they are hungry, I dont grow organically but I Know they need all kinds of goodies like bat shit and other goodies. Maybe someone who grows organics will chime in.

Overwatered for sure. Let the dirt get dry before watering. I almost see some kind of burn on a few leaves in the first pic? But also some yellowing maybe they need to be feed.

my opinion is definately over-watered...and not feeding them for the first few weeks of flower has led to some minor deficiences on the lower plant...ease back on the watering and feed those bitches...

obviously the 'finger-test' isnt working out for me . i know that a lot of experienced growers go by feeling the weight of the bucket, but i am not comfortable with that method just yet . are moisture-meters fairly reliable ?

yes. get one. maybe go 2 parts perlite in your mix. the nigerian looks more sogged than the other one.

Feed asap with 50/50 Earth Juice grow(N)/bloom(P) and some cal/mag/epsom (Ca, Mg) and kelp (K) is always good.

next watering (and so on) same except no grow. If tips start burning, back off fert dosage.

Always start at 1/2 the manufacturer's recommended dosage and see how the plants react before increasing.

Give nothing but plain water last 2 weeks before harvest to flush out nasties!

Good luck!

i figured if feeling was good, weighing would be better. kinda hard to remember weights by feel.

get a scale!

overwatered. how big are those containers? Those buckets look big enough that you can feel the right weight consistently...That's what i do
