Burning sulfur in Greenhouse

Hey errbody! BrownGuy420 here and I have a quick question for someone that has experience with burning sulfur. What I got going on is a 20x20x10h greenhouse and growing some monsters inside it....I have 10 girls in there at the moment, last year was a bust and my plants never got any real size to them, still pulled a good 5lbs tho off of em.

Now that I have everything growing good and out of control I have been happy and things have been healthy!.....Untill the attack of the thrips! But don't worry Spinosad took care of that for me, now where my question comes to play is that now that I have been religiously spraying spinosad and thrips seem to be on the control side of things Im looking at vaporizing sulfur to get ready for the damp part of the season and use sulfur burning to prevent PM from ever entering the enviroment...thrip battle was enough work, I don't need another battle with PM that would essentially become a losing battle.
So when reading on Sulfur burning I see that you find info on not burning after using any oil based products. So question is....is spinosad an oil based product? And to any who are well seasoned in the sulfur burning how long should I really wait to burn and how many hours and frequency should I let this vaporizer go at night?

Thanks to everyone in the Icmag community that chime in on this question for me.:woohoo:

I've done a bunch of sulfer burning indoors, and a couple times outdoors with temporary tenting.

So anyway:
Never burn in daylight hours.
All exhaust vents and fans off (circulation fans are fine and recommended) when burning.

I would burn for 2 nights for 10 hrs with a single burner.
Have exhaust timed to come on an hr before daylight to clear the sulfer prior to sun up.

Thx SG1, what would be your take on the spinosad? It's been two weeks to the date and some threads I read say to wait 30 days but is spinosad oil based?....Thx

I've used spinosad, never appeared oil based.
It leaves no sign of oil in fresh water.
I'd say you're way safe.
Neem oil is another beast, deff a 30 wait with that stuff.

I also suggest cleaning up as many leaves as possible.
It will eliminate many pests living on older shade leaves and help the sulfur penetrate better.
Keeping hidden shaded grown that will never produce is a waste of everything, growth energy goes to waste and bugs and molds love stagnant vegetation.
That's what I do.

Thanks SG1! Ya I keep all my vegitation nice and tidey. I've delt with issues in the past and like to keep on the prevenitive. The thrips took my by surprise tho cause I've never experienced em before. Them little buggers are a real pain but fairly easy to exterminate. Thx for the quick advice brotha!
