Burn or deficiency?

This has been going on for alil over a week. The new growth started to get yellow tips and it just seems to be gettin worse. The yellowing has moved on to the lower leaves and branches and thats why i am so worried. I thought it may be a burn of some sort but the other plants havent showed any sign of it YET. They are all about 4 weeks old and in Happy Frog/perlite (3-1). I have not fed them anything except for one watering of 10ml/gal of Rhizotonic about a week ago. Also water with plain water, ph of 6.5, every 3 days.

I think 10ml/gal is a bit too much for your babies right now @ 4 weeks. Recently I overfed my Chronics that were 3 weeks old at 5ml/gal (In coco) because I forgot to cut the strength in half and they started out exactly like that before getting burnt tips.

I'd suggest a flush and feed at least half of what you are right now when you see they need it. Remember your soil already has nutrients in it.

Looks like the beginnings of a little nute burn. I don't know about a massive flush (now they are sad droopy babies) but if it were me, I'd clean water feed the next couple times. They'll bounce back fine.
