Can somebody help me please....

I am looking at buying either a Philips:

Son T 400w ( tubular)

or

Son E 400w ( eliptical)

1.) Does anyone have experience with these bulbs? Are they good for growing? If not what other bulbs are top? I am getting these for like $10.


2.) Would a 430w agro bulb graft in a std 400wHPS setup?

3.) Eliptical or Tubular?

I think the 430 is designed to work in a 400 setup, but dont quote me on it. I have heard only good things about those agro;s because of the added color.
