Bulb mites? Wondering what kind of mites I have.

I was looking at this Chem4 bonsai mom today and noticed some stipling. Broke out the scope and see these little fuckers crawling around, can't take pics sadly at that level but they had LONG asses. Like regular mites but with bulbous long asses that protrude far from the face/feet. Wondering if anyone can tell me what kind I have from that description? Gonna give the room a good clean today, get all these cups of soil out and spray down all them birtches with this 3-in-1 Safer brand spray with SULPHUR which is a contact killer for mites, correct?

Just sprayed down the affected mom, gonna rotate out all the babies and spray em down and leave em out of the tent til they're dry then pop em back under the light. Use the free space to get all this shit clean cuz the tent is a mess right now haha..

ivermectin kills every kind of mite and is probably your best bet imo..

You know I just got done looking at a bunch of pics of different species of mites and these are def just regular spider mites in my veg room, no biggie. I know for a fact this spray will kill em and a cleaner room/occasional sprays will keep em gone.. I'll look into the ivermectin, thank you for the tip. I obviously need to switch up sprays from the 3-in-1 every so often.

A question about the ivermectin, how safe is it for humans? I'm kind of in a pickle because I veg in the same room I sleep in, gonna flower in my garage... Hadn't fully thought that part through, the whole sprayin in the room I sleep in lol.. And there aren't really other options unless I veg right next to my flower and I want to keep them separate in case I get any bugs again, would really love to be able to isolate it to just veg..

ivermect is pretty safe, its used globally by the ton without people having problems, and you dont need to use that much to wipe them out a light spritz coating rather than soak.. it is expensive anyway..

efficacy of products can depend on the genetics of the spider mite.. there are resistant greenhouse varients that have survived repeated spraying with the more common products..

Just finished spraying down the birtches... Hope its not too cold for them to have liquid on them, its been FREEZING in cali lately.... But yeah, plucked a tiny fan leaf with one visible mite on it and did a test spray on that fucker under the scope before n after the spray, was really satisfying to watch that little faggot crawling around and then turn black and lifeless after the spray. Soaked them birtches and once they're dry back under the lights.... Finna eat some breakfast in the mean time. Thanks for the tip bro I'll have to pick some up and see what it do next time I see a mite.
