Bulb Burnt out during flowering

So the bulb burnt out in one of my tester tents. I didn't notice till about 3 hours before it was scheduled to go off. Esentially I missed a full day of light during flowering. I've had bulbs go in my flowering room before but that's never really an issue since all my other bulbs were still on. I have a few single light tents that I use for testing various strains, environmental factors etc... Long story short, the girls will be reiving 24hours of darkness. I encountered this issue years ago and if my memory serves me correct, the best course of action is to leave them in the dark and resume its normal schedule the following day after replacing the bulb. Can anyone confirm this course of action? The tester tent is to see how how plants handle below average temperatures. Thus far I've noticed a significant increase in flowering duration. However the cold seems to cause the plants increase in resin/trichome production most likely as a defense mechanism by the plant to compensate for the cold. Most plants are only two weeks in however I do have a Hindu Kush plant both which are supposed and have been pulled fully mature no longer than 55 days. Here we are at day 57 and they still have s ways to go. They are however frostier and stinker than cycles past. Anyway just looking for some confirmation that 24hours of dark then resuming regularly scheduled light times. I'll be starting a thread for by various grows.

Thanks!!!

I've had plants in black plastic bags for up to a week after having to relocate on no notice.
Perpetual garden with all stages of flowering.
The longer the dark period the worse the effects, reduced yeild from faster flowering time is what I saw.

Resume normal schedule as fast as possible, one long night might not even be a noticeable difference in yeild or flowering time.
Worse things can happen.
