.....any takers? Thought of a couple things using PVC and casters but, have a feeling that someone has already gone through these steps and could shed some light on creating this helpful device DIY instead of paying $200 per table. Open to all suggestions, ideas and, links.

A really big thank you,
Furrywall

Here's a link to a table that might resemble what I'm looking for if the optional casters were attached: https://www.simplyhydro.com/product...bAtaFo46q-vfC_6mMFWsbnsvqVZ-OgSIaAg8aEALw_wcB

4x8 is a standard sheet dimension. You could just get some 3/4" ply and screw some wheels on. That shouldn't test anybodies DIY skills. Though if your trays are folded and welded acrylic sheet, you will need a couple of 8" batons screwing under the ply to ensue absolutely no sagging, that might crack trays constructed that way.

You could use just 1/2" with batons, or even thinner. 3/4" is thick enough to take some fixings though. Perhaps roofing or coach nut&bolts with the heads recessed into the 3/4 to keep the deck flat.
