Building a Stealthy Hidden Room

I have a 10' x 8' area I can plan out, I'll craft an image of some blueprints if possible here, not sure yet that's a stellar plan tho.

I am thinking this tho,

1 - 8' x 5' Grow Room ( Main area for Veg/Flowering ) topHorizontal
2 - BML SPYDERx Plus LED PhysioSpec Indoor
2 each - BML RAY 66 UVSpec & PhysioSpec Greenhouse
several 6-9" fans, maybe some tower floor fans in corners

1 - 5' x 5' Grow Room ( Main Area for Seed Starts and Clones, Secondary Veg/Flower Room, also for making seed and crosses ) bottomLeft
2 - BML RAZRx PhysioSpec or 1 - SPYDRx + PhysioSpec Indoor (depending on room usage)
also needs fans but just 6-9" clip or wall mount adjustable speeds

1 - 2' x 3' Entrance Room ( Secondary Seed Start and Clone room )
a few BML RAY 22 above seed flats or clone trays (or RAY 44 or 66 if used in corners and reflective/PandaPoly walls) per tier level, 2-3 tiers stacked with selected Spectrums PhysioSpec/Indoor/GreenHouse (RAZRx will not fit)

1 - 3' x 3' Closet with Hidden Doorway ( Storage and Other Miscellaneous Common Things to Hinder any Suspicion )

to name a few of the things and some stuffs I'll be planning in my design, LOVE the false bookshelf idea, I have a white pegboard idea, where air can travel thru to the grow, but no light can escape, possibly traveling down thru wall, thru holes in floor sillplate, via fan, and under flooring, all is possible as there is currently a dirt floor so I'll be building everything

3 options to consider

3 options to consider

I have 3 different layout I could go with

first is the one mentioned which I prefer, one 8x5 room, one 5x5 room, and a 2x3 tiny extra or

two 5x5 rooms and a 3x7 room or

an 8x7 room and a 3x5 room

potentially I could also do a 5x10 and a 3x7 but thats real funky

even stranger i could do three 5x3.5 rooms and a 3x7

any thoughts on which I should go with? I love theories and second opinions here, all of my dimensions are in feet just in case that wasnt clear on this post and you didnt read the whole kit and kaboodle
