Bugs under pots? (indoor)

I noticed recently when moving a pot that I overwatered, that there were a bunch of small dark colored bugs, they move/crawl disappear once I move the pot too fast for me to get a scope and a camera handy though.

My plants at this point are super healthy and have no signs of these affecting them. I did also find them on some dead leaves on the ground around my pots..

So..

1) what are they?
2) Are they harmful to the plants (or me)
3) How do I remove them or at least get them to not like it there anymore and leave?

1.) don' t know! Had them also in veg area when drain trays are dry. Lil lil tiny things. Dart out of the light when pots moved. IMO, harmless.
2.) None that I'm aware of. Plants grew out quite nicely.
3.) Sterile, sterile, superclean, no drips, runs or errors.

Success wya grow!!!
Stay safe.

Thats kind of what I was thinking. Stop leaving dead leaves in there, and get some drip trays for the pots instead of letting it go into wood or anything on a spill.

friggin bugs, during this summer I finally managed to completely annihilate a bunch of red bugs that used to eat my fanleaves and reproduce faster than any other insects I've ever encountered. It was almost an impossible task, but finally my weed is bug-free again :)

how big were those red bugs i have something eating fan leaves and new shoots but have never seen any bug.

they were pretty small but still visible, even without a magnifying glass, and extremely fast bastards. They used to leave their excrements on the leaves, small black dots.

Heres an attempt at pics.

super micro - but had to kill it to get it to stop moving to take it.

There are a pretty good amount - no wings that I can tell, all crawling on the floor around my area.

HELP!!

try to wash/spray the place with nettle infuzion. the bugs usualy don't like it and go away. this is optional though because they are harmless to you or your plants.

Well, I spent about 2 hours yesterday moving all my cabinets, sweeping/mopping underneath with bleach, and then cleaning/wiping the inside of the cabs, and the good news....

NOT A SINGLE ONE of them TODAY.

Lesson learned: Be cleaner when watering/trimming, and NEVER leave waste product around your plants.

That bug looks pretty harmless. Just another moisture loving critter. Probably not a silverfish bug either. Theres a reason they call them silverfish.

I had that happen to me!.. something apparently invisible was just eating all the young shoots until I finally found the sucker by taking a closer look!: a frikkin' well-camouflaged GREEN CATERPILLAR that was almost perfectly blending in with the stems of the plant, kind of laying alongside or behind a thick stem... it took me 2 days before I could finnally spot the bastard!... :joint:
