Bugs in soil. Need help identifying.

Hundreds of these in my organic living soil. Using Build-A-Soil 3.0. Plants aren't showing any real symptoms of stress yet. I tried to get the best pics I could but these things are TINY. The only reason i spotted them was because there is so many of them. I had to squint just to find them.

What are they?

I'll second that.
Don't worry about them.

But also let your soil always get dry enough before watering again.

They are good bugs and sold as predators.

Use these beneficial mites to control fungus gnat larvae, thrips pupae and springtails in the soil.
