Bugs but no damage

Hey guys having problems with some bugs sorry but they are too tiny to take pics of. Small white to yellow bugs under the leaves with little eggs also. I just chopped some flowering plants down that some of which were covered with these bugs but again no damage other than they stick to my sticky buds and won't come off. I was thinking more like aphids but what is crazy is they are not doing any damage to the plants. Anyone seen or heard of something like this before?

Whiteflies? They don't damage much, but their sticky fluffy residue tastes yucky in the bud!

Ok thanks for the help. I don't really see anything flying around besides gnats I have had forever but they don't cause me really any problems since I bottom feed. Would you guys get some spray to spray down undersides of leaves? If so what kind would you get some neem type spray or pyrethium?

I've been using both the neem and the yellow sticky traps, but I've used pyrethrins in the past. I didn't switch or anything, just that I don't have anything but neem right now. Both work great, the key is really wetting the underside of the leaves nice and fast before they get a chance to fly and avoid the spray. I think the pyrethrins might 'knock em out' better without a real soaking better than the neem, but if you're good at spraying the neem might work a bit better than the pyrethrin. I gently palm each sunleaf from the top with an open hand and twist my wrist to expose the bottom of the leaf for a real soaking. My hand conveniently catches the overspray so developing buds can be avoided.
