Buffalo Wings/strips

I have been asked to make hot wing sauce. I am trying to figure out how I would make it and judge the dose if someone had 3 strips. Any ideas?

Measure? If you use like 1tsb/strip and put .25-.5 g hash/ tbs seems reasonable to me? IDK the ingredients for wing sauce, but you'd have to have something oily to start the hash into..

Traditional wing sauce is nothing more than butter and hot sauce, so the butter is the fat, make as hot as you like and toss the fried wings and grind em, not literallylol.(need an eat weed smilie!)
