Budget Bulbs for 1000 watt Hydrofarm

I use both 1000 watt Hydrofarm PowerHouse Convertible and Xtrasun MH ballasts. I paid about $100 per bulb and really am tight on money. I am looking for relatively cheap yet effective replacement bulbs. I hang my bulbs vertically.

I found these for about $50 http://www.growlightexpress.com/hps-mh-bulbs-7/high-pressure-sodium-29/1000-watt-hps-bulb-70.htmlbut I am concerned that I am getting what I paid for and will have problems with cheaper bulbs. Is there really a difference?

Any help would be appreciated.

property room .com period .I picked up from will call today elicent 6" fan for 100 ,diamond 100 watt ballast cut cord 31 hydrofarms 1000 watt ballast cut cord 56 bucks a hydrofarm hood with hydrofarm fixture cut cord 46 bucks .
and the best dealof them all :i wanted 600 watt but they misrepresented 1000 watts as 600;so I recieved 2 solar max 1000 used and 2 brand new eye hortilux 1000 in box for a little over 107 bucks fiugure if the solarmaxes are gone or half used it still beats paying over 200 new the hortiluxes look untouched new in box

Call me paranoid but buying my gear from the Feds is out of my comfort zone. Congrats on your order however. Excellent prices for sure.

You can usually buy 1K hortilux for 100 bucks or so especially getting more than one from just about any hydro store.In this economy wheeling and dealing can really save you some money.
