Hi,

Looks like bud mold aka botrytis...

You should cut the affected parts and lower the humidity (if possible) below 60%...
If you're early in the flowering, you can use Bordeaux mixture to keep it under control. If not , try spraying some trichoderma ...

Cheers

So is this budrot / bortrytis / grey mold only caused by too high a humidity or are there other factors that increase the risk on budrot? I'm kind of anxious now

What was your humidity?

Well im in the Uk which, by looking at the weather sites had about 50% today. I havent actually measured it. BUT... my greenhouse has been quite tropical inside so ive left the doors open & hopefully thatll air & vent it abit..

Cut the moldy areas off and get them in a dryer environment with better airflow.

Exactly, get a space heater in the greenhouse during the night and you'll get rid of that issue.

Dont want to sound daft, but is that a good idea in a plastic greenhouse?

yeah that will be better... problem is the spores are inside your greenhouse so hmmm you might to look for some "dehumidifying" solutions too.. I use this but hmmm I dunno how big of a greenhouse you have so it's possible you must place hundreds of them to get this humidity lower..Maybe use such grains that absorb moisture?

OK... kill the greenhouse!! GOT IT!
Ill create a cover to prevent neighbours peeking, but get the greenhouse out. I could do with the space in the garden to be honest..
