Looks like it to me, albeit likely relatively early phases, if there's no (gray or white, turning darker) spider-web-like mold.
I've successfully harvested early-affected buds, getting them off the plant, and trimmed them to where I could/would keep them for myself. (Not for others).
That's not to say there's not spores or infection remaining unseen on the trimmed bud that's kept; there most likely is.
I noted your handle is 'CellarDweller'. Having my shop in the basement of a very energy efficient area, with some restrictions on exterior air-flow (both winter and summer, though for different reasons, season to season), I wondered if you might not suffer from some limitations to ventilation in your area of growing. Basements are somewhat notorious for 'dank smells,' and not of the better kind. If you have that occurring, you may want to look into better air changes/hour, and that might help you.
Spores for various molds exist in most of nature. It takes the proper growing conditions to have them take off and cause trouble, as a rule.
Yeah I agree with moose eater and it's not uncommon in the end stages when the buds get dense like yours appear to be. Nine times out of ten mold is caused by poor air circulation and/or poor humidity/temperature control. Once you get ventilation, temps and humidity dialed in usually mold issues don't happen. I don't think you have to throw it away completely just harvest it and cut the affected areas away during trimming and maybe during curing keep buds that had signs of mold in a separate jar from buds that look normal and health so the mold doesn't affect other buds that are currently healthy.
The buds in the pics look pretty close to being done, if you can look at the trichs under 30X magnification and see that they're most cloudy then you can probably harvest any affected plants now. Do try to remove as much of the mold as possible, smoking mold is not good for your lungs. If you get most of it and end up smoking some trace amounts that probably won't harm you.
That's a nice-looking bud, the mold spores are everywhere in your grow. Dry out your environment as much as possible and keep your substrate dry. Water only to keep the plants alive until you can harvest. If you overwater just a little bit you will have another mold attack inside another bud. I'm only using mold-resistant seeds these days and it makes a big difference.
If I get mold or rot like that, it always happens to my biggest fattest thickest colas. To go along with what creeperpark said, I kinda think over feeding nutes can cause it also.
But every bud rotted plant I had, the buds had this distinct sour lemon smell? Do yours smell like that?
Yuck.
Get that powder keg out of there, and out the building.
The leaves were the early clue. If a leaf in a large bud starts to look bad, it usually is. The trick is to pull on it. If it comes out, its rotten in there.
Watch your main heads. Any sign of poor leaves, just take the heads off. It's better to have a head that could of gone a bit longer, than a head that's gone in the bin.
