Bud needs help venting his setup ...

Alright well I’m bouncing around some ideas for a bud and running into a few walls. . . literally.

His new grow room he’s not going to be able to knock any holes in walls or anything like that. I’ve never cared and just cut holes when and where I needed, but he’s not going to.

For lights I just told him since he doesn’t want to drill holes to just get a Hut or a light rack, I think a couple Huts would be better though.

Ok so now that leaves venting, how the heck would he vent his room without punching holes in the wall? He’s running 5 600watters.

what bump you. Say... Ok bump it is. What? Bump every couple minutes until I get an answer? Sure thing, whatever all of you say

Sounds like your "BUD" wants to grow but doesn't recognize the need to provide intake and exhaust openings. 3000 watts equal 10,300 BTU's of heat generated per hour, what are his plans for dealing with it. Perhaps he might layout the plan in the form of a diagram so that forum members can offer a solution.

might i ask why he would consider using 5 600's BEFORE working out venting?

ive only dealt with smaller lights but im sure thats an awful lot of heat. you didnt really say much about the room either. how big is it? whats the layout like?

its real easy to cut a couple holes in sheetrock and patch it up when you leave. but aside from that, what about building a cab? a room inside a room? that doesnt truly solve the fresh air problem but at least it should take care of the heat.

The question is kind of retarded. Its like asking how do I get the car from point a to point B w/o getting the tires dirty.

We have no idea what the setup is so we cant really give you advice. Use a window. Take down the door to the room and put up another door that you can cut holes into. I say this because trying to get a door to fit an existing jamb is not that easy. Put up a temporary door that you can hack at. then when the grow is done, put back the good door

with that many lights, you are going to need a way to get the heat and cool the room. Like Ty said, fixing drywall is not hard

Thanks guys for the replies, and yeah I know that fixing drywall is no big deal at all, I've done it TONS of times but hes just being stubborn and stupid IMO. I told him this morning fuck it, I can't help him cause hes just being hard headed about it all, I told em vent out the window Andre said "I can't, the neighbors will be able to see in the room" yeah that was it for me
