It's often said that denser buds are more prone to mold than airy buds, in general. However, the most mold proof strains I've seen personally have also been some of the densest flowering. Too tight to let moisture in, you might say. I live in a fairly cold climate so I'm not sure how temps would come into play. I can't finish tropical sativas here and I wonder if the dense indicas that perform perfectly in this climate would turn to mush in a more tropical locale.
