Bubblegum, Who's growing it, and from what seed company?

As the title states, I'm looking for current bubblegum info. Who's really smells like pink chewing gum?

I know of a few companies who offer it. THseeds, Serious seeds, Nirvana, White Label.

With the reg version, are the males passing on the chewing gum smell and taste?

Any info/pics would be greatly appreciated, as it's an old school strain I wanna grow. Then f I see potential, I will breed with it.

not real useful information but fwiw,

think it was someone's bubblicious that turned me onto BG. then i grew out a few from rokerij. the first 2 gens were pretty average.

people usually recommend some version of sour bubble.. had a SB hybrid which didn't have the classic taste at all, but i crossed it with my rokerij and found some phenos that smell and look very nice.. one has the classic hubba bubba, but also a bit yeasty, smells like bubblegum bread.. so i guess the genes were in there and needed an opportunity for expression.

i think serious, nirvana and female seeds are noted as being indica leaners? and royal queen has one? for me the criteria is a long lasting, characteristically solid high..

There is only one bubblegum worth growing, imo. You'll have to figure it out yourself. The clue I'm leaving is the number 13.

Based on growing 2 BOG strains I'll give BOG an honorable mention for his flavors.

i'm smoking some Bogglegum at the moment (commercial clone). it's a nice and fast indica, but doesn't taste like bubblegum, more like grape.

I'd go for Bazooka Joe G from Archive. Should be able to find a bubblegum dom pheno with extra punch from the faceoff og.

Verified Genetics kind of specialize in bubblegum hybrids. Ice River has bubblegum hybrids too. Both are at natures green remedies site based out of the US.

I tried the serious bg. the yield, smell and taste is awesome but the high is weak for heavy smokers... its like a skunk1 in potency, average potent.

I'd try female seeds bublegummer or th's bg.

i m an italian grower,sorry for my english...
i have cultivated some bubble gum of serious seed.
Amazing taste,great flavour and medium production.
10 seeds,7 female,2 male and 1 erma.
1 pheno was a bubblegum taste with a foxtails.
the serious seed bubble gum it s a sativa dominant and the th seed indica.
i hope you understand what i wrote.

Thanks for all the responses guys!!!!! So the common consensus is BOG or serious seeds. So I will prolly go with BOG, and also order some of the cheaper Bubblegum from a few other breeders and see if they compare to Bog's beans.

Never even thought of archive, Which is weird because I creep his menu all the time. In actuality archives version seems like it would be the most potent. Get some Bog beans and then some archive and cross the archive males onto the Bog females.....

Whats up DoubleTriple. If you get a chance checkout Mosca Negras Old time Indiana Bubblegum. Its looks and sounds nice. Been growing the Indian bubblegum cut for along time now and if its anything close to the cut you wont be disappointed. GL

If you want bubblegum go with B.O.G. it's an Indiana strain and he's been working with it for at least 15/20 years by my reckoning..it's the obvious choice.Just type 'bogglegum' into google images and you won't take any more convincing!!



edited to add,both thseeds and serious seeds got their BG from the US,but who knows if the seeds are f2 BG or BG clone x mystery dad,I don't know if the 2 companies received seed stock or live plant tissue to create their seeds.

while back (long while) grew serious out it was good shit.. had heard good things bout white label even way back when and was on the verge of buying some but didnt..

got bored (as we all do) and grew out fms a few times... good stuff too.. probably not as good (but close) to serious at the time but it was feminized.. (at the time a big deal.. not now)..

cloned some of the best of both and moved on since then.. probably serious being the best out of the 2 but had to deal with sexing.. not to mention the price at the time was PRIMO...

wish I would have tried white label now after it is all done and evidently BOG refined it to its best... never tried BOG so dont have an opinion.. after all this rambling guess I would have to say there was 1or 2 serious I should have kept for the long haul...

Of course looking back how many of us say should have kept/would have kept as we search for that holy grail..

Summing up BBG good shit but not the holy grail... BUT..........
Never got a chance to try the Indiana clone..... bet that shit
is some of the best..

Ive been growing elite Lemon Larry x 97 Indiana bubblegum. Ive found more often than not the bubblegum phenos reak of bubblegum. First time Ive actually found a bubblegum smelling plant. Ive got some of Archives Bazooka Joe G F2s I will be growing thru this summer. The LLOGK x IBG is one of my favorite hybrids of all time. It has the bubblegum smell, and its devastatingly potent, frosted to the hilt with trichomes. All around amazing bud.
