*also want to note that temps the first couple weeks got pretty high at night while on 24/0. sometimes getting around 92 for about 8 hours while i was asleep. temps are now around 84 on a 18/6 light schedule.

im at day 28 from germing and thought they would be a little bigger by now but must ahve been stunted by heat

plant 1-started out as the healthiest, now sickest. overwatered but starting to bounce back except for still yellowing/browning

plant 2- doing pretty well, just those bottom yellowing/browning at the tips. i was thinking nute burn but the nutrients are on the weak side? i'm wondering if they are just starving for nutes?

plant 3- was the runt but seems to be doing fine...just worried about the little white tips i noticed today on a couple leafs

that top one i think has a nitrogren def.. just a little though. im arguing with myself about it being magnesium but im thinking N. the middle one looks like the plant is just preparing to off that leaf and is taping all the nutrients out of it.
that last pik looks like a nice plant ! dont change anything.

yea i'll keep an eye out for N def.
i thought nute burn just because i heard taht was a common problem but looking back i should have started more nutes earlier

and yea the best looking plant was the runt i almost threw out in the first week because it looked so bad. now it looks great

(older pic of the runt)

Hey mini,

Sorry to see your plants at that phase after almost 30 days of veg... nothing worse than having to wait due to plant stress.

The first pic looks good - and by good I mean it looks like the lady is recovering nicely and starting to green up. Remember that if you over watered and caused dampening, it's likely she wasnt able to eat much during that 'stress' period, hence would cause the yellowing on lower leaves.

THe second pic looks kinda weird... is it the camera, or me, or are her leaves almost turning a blue shade??

Third pic is certainly the best.

Are all 3 of these in the same environment with the same soil mix? They each seem to be reacting differently is the only reason I ask.

i think its just the camera on that 2nd pic

yea they all vary in distance from the lights. this is my first grow and i wanted to see how the distance from lights effects them. the 3rd plant just has a weird stem though, because the node distance on that one is the longest compared to the others

wow your runt turned out freaking great!
check the tips of the leafs for burn...
usualy the very tip starts to die back.. yellow then brown/crispy.

yea isnt that odd?
the top plant used to the biggest, healthies of the three...and the bottom was the runt. now its my best plant

the top and middle were transplanted about a week ago, the bottom is still in the same container from seedling

i really like how the leaves are growing thick and abundant.. quickly..
my leaves are alot more sparse and they've been growing for longer.
what's the trick?
