bubble or swagg bags

Just curious as to what the comunity has to say about the differences between these 2 products.

I am looking to purchase some bags and do not know which are better.
If you currently have either can you please list teh pro's and cons of each (if any) and what size bags you do use along with your grow size.

I currently have a 4 plant bio-bucket cab. I do not plan on increasing my plant #'s over 6 and i think that i am leaning towards the 5 gal bags.
I like the fact that the swagg bags have the 4 bags but i know that the bubble bags are tried and true.
Is the extra bags worth the price, extra time and effort to process? What would your perfect bag set be (screen size and # of bags)

Thanks for your help

I beleive they are worth the extra price for the extra bags. Bubblebags are extremly well made and though out.

I haven't seen swagg bags, but the name is enough a reason to not get them.
I don't have swagg so why would i need bags for it....

I hear actually the schwagg baggs are made tougher than bubblebags. It's gotta be something good about them more & more people are starting to carry them.I talked to westcoastgrowers.com and asked them why they quit carrying Bubblemans bags & changed to scwagg baggs they said they had alot of complaints about the product not being durable enough thus the scwagg baggs are made of military grade materials & last longer with smaller holes in the screens also u lose less material. There's also hanging straps u dont have to stand there while the water drains u can just hang scwagg baggs. With the Bubblebags u hafta hold them while they drain so with the schwagg baggs I see advantages. The name doesn't matter to me (u can call them shit bags & i'd buy em long as they give the best results and are durable lol ;) ) it's whatever gives the best results reeferman has prolly tried both wish he would chime in here.I'm still trying to make up my mind also raygun it's not an easy choice is it :D.Later Bm357 :joint: :lurk:

To drain bubblebags simply hold and jerk a couple of times, the water clears in less than a minute except the 25µ bag which takes a little longer. maybe 2min.
Hanging your bags and waiting for them to drain. lol

If you only get the 3 bag set, I would add the 160µ bag it will clean up your 73µ very nicely.

Ive heard good things about the schwagg bags from someone that owns both sets. Actually helinski knows all about both bags if he happens to drop in . I think its really worth having the seven bag set. As the 160 bag cleans up the 73 bag i would really hate to not have the 120 bag as ive found some of my best fmcd in the 120 bag. Then next the 73 bag where i get the biggest volume of full melt. But i sure wouldnt want to miss out on the phat trichs in the 120 bag :)

If you check the screen sizes on both brands of bags I think you will find they are very close to the same just that the bubblebags are in metric measurements and the schwagbags are in imperial measurements

So the more bags are worth the extra time effort and $$$. Now it's up to the community for user reports. So far i think that it is even as there has been nothing said negitive about the Schwagg bags except the name and the fact that they are less known about. I do like the military grade construction of the S. bags and the sizes between the mesh of the two are not enought of a difference to make a significant note of it.
So the s. bags have the 158 bag in the 4 bag set so that would replace the 160, Now remember i am not a large grower and sepparating my bubble into that many varieties will make each batch smaller and i am not to concerned about having 7 or 8 grades of bubble.... I mean it is just me smoking it so as long as it makes good use of my trim, kicks my ass and gets me stoned I am a happy farmer.
The most amount of trim that i have taken from any grow that i have done is under 2 oz. so if i am lucky i will get 3 g's of hash/kief.

Please keep the user reviews coming.
Thanks

The next set I buy will be from the first one that offers a 100u bag. Theres too much real estate between the 73u and the 120u.

i share a set of 32 gallon bubble bags with a couple of friends and i own an a 5 gallon 8 bag set of schwag bags for indoor short batch use .
both are built well but i give a slight edge to the schwags .

with our bubblebags you need to fold the bags over the top of the garbage can and with the schwags they are built so that you dont need to fold them over and mess with them . they are sturdy as hell and the hanging straps are nice touch to hang them for drying .. they also sell bags individually

both brands will produce the same quality product and you cant go wrong with either ..

btw if i had to do the 32 gallon bags again i would not opt to go in on them with friends ,they always come back in a mess and are never taken care of like i take care of my own stuff ..

I did not know you guys sold a 90u. Thats the bag I have been looking for. I need to replace my 25u too since the rubberized lining has started to rub off in a couple spots up near the top of the bag. But other than that the bag still works fine.

I do anywhere from 15-20 runs a year through my Bubblebags [ 5gal 7bag with the 190u removed ] and they still work like new after four years. All the screens are tear free and none of the stitching has come loose. All I do for maint is rinse them out good when done and once a year I take a little iso/soap solution and toothbrush to the screens.

Way cool and thanks but after using them 75+ times they have more than paid for the ability to replace them at cost and I would feel weird getting a replacement after using it that many times. Im just super psyched to try out the 90u. :woohoo: as I know it would help my particular bubble batches.

Most of my strains [ or lights ] seem to make smaller trichs. I have only one or two batches where the 120u wasnt trash. My 160u is always trash [ even when I left the 190 in ] So Im thinking that having a 90 will make my 73 more full melt and have something before the 120u I use mostly for incense.

Nope, that ones clear right thru it [ bucket handle pinch?] Mine was on the inside and its got this rubberized lining that wore off a bit.
