when making hash with bubble bag do you cure the cutting or immediately cut them up and procecss into ice water

from what i have heard you want to dry it out. or they say you can immediately freeze it and do it that way. but i have not had any experience freezing it so i dont know. but the way i have done it was dry it out and you will have no probs i hope this helps you.

like i said i just read somewhere about freezing it but i am going to stick to drying and then making my hash that way.

this is what i think he should do
1) put in brown paper bag
2) leave it alone for a few days say about 4
3) cut it up small bits freeze it
4) bubble bag method
