BUBBA!!!!!!!

Just finished up Bubba, and took her last night. She is finished at 55 days. All Soil, Organic.... - One Plant -- Vegged for 6 1/2 Weeks, then flowered, and finished at approx. 3 1/2 - 4 FT in height. Estimated weight 45-50 grams dry and trimmed. (Will post exact details when done).

Some say Bubba is meant to go longer, like 70 days, however, until I get my industrial grade dehumidifier, I can't afford bud rot losses which occur in Bubba frequently in this high humidity. Also, I am not quite sure my Bubba is meant to go longer since she is completely done at this point. Or so it appears...what do you folks think?


BTW, I have brought these Bubba cuts to Harborside. These are THE ones you are getting when you get "Plant Parenthood" / "Bubba Kush" genetics.

That's a beautifil Bubba ya got there...looks like you've been taking real good care of her! But yeah, I woulda let her go to day 70-75...at least that's how long I let mine go. Enjoy her! Peace KBB

Very interesting bubba growth u have there, I've never seen colas that shape (kinda tapered) before, with any of the bubbas.. Yet that fan leaf is clearly all sorts of bubba, it does look like a dank version.

As far as finish time, I find Bubba best in the 65-75 day range. Yes, she looks finished earlier, at about 50-55, but that's only the pistils.. She usualy doesn't amber up until a week or so later. She's very similar to Deep Chunk in that way. DC looks done at 45 days, but is best at 60-70 to let the trichomes mature.. Both strains do put on substantial weight tho, as the calyz swell. The buds of both strains seem fuller left longer IME.

i would at least let her go 65 next time.. I got mine to 75 with 50%+ humidity with no budrot issues..

I wanted to add, and should make it known...that large fan leaves and some smaller ones as well, were removed prior to photoshoot, to show more bud growth, however, a few were left on for visual purposes as well.

I have had it for about 1 year. I got it from a friend here in Oakland.
Don't know which Bubba it is, but it was given to me as Bubba Kush.

Great looking plant you got there medi ... good job. IMO it doesn't look like the Calm Bubba, or any of the other Bubba's I've been lucky enough to view at all. Looks like it has some Bubba in the lineage, but it is in no way a pure Bubba IMHO... maybe a cross or a s1 or something but still a pretty plant for sure. If you have the Calm Bubba now, you'll be seeing the diffference soon!!! One Love medi, from Soul Cal...

This one is the one I described in an earlier post.

It is VERY Chem tasting, with a hint at Pure Kush....
It is Phenomenally Strong!!! -- One or Two hit and it knocks you out. When I first started with it, I had to only smoke it at night.

Very dense buds. Very flavorful.

But now it's gone. I smoked it all.
Now I'm smoking some Pink Kush I harvested.
