just a side project during a very busy outdoor year. always wanted to grow bubba and a buddy of mine had a few extra clones. very glad i took them off his hands.

the photos are kind of poor, sorry, i had to borrow a friends camera.

thanks igro3s for stopping in, let me check that out in a minute fersure

SOTF420-haha, fruit loops comes to mind. what's funny is when i was vegging bubba, never had i seen such broad thick almost-black-because-leaves-are-so-green-prehistoric looking cannabis leaves, gnarley, and i was calling them dino leaves. bubba is truely lovely in every aspect besides how damn slow it grows, it looks beautiful and unique though.

also SOTF420, i just learned how to upload photos and share them, fairly simple. i'll be taking some photos of the sweet tooth very soon, and will document them in flower, they are killin it.

i actually over-topped these girls out, too many budsites i suspect for the bubba, the kolas were tiny! but rock hard. surprisingly still got about edit: 2.5 oz a plant bucked w a light trim. i was tending to giants down the hill and the bubbas soon became slightly neglected ha.

igro-those are stellar.very colorful koosh, i see what you mean.

vash, jointedone,ambertrich thank you.

yeah it was fun to grow, bubba definitely has some very unique old school characteristics to it.
seems like it came from a very ancient death-kush mountain gene pool. while growing i liked to picture the little robust stout purple bush on a desolate mountain side. haha. i really dug the variety. very strong smoke. little bit of diesel fuel comes through in the bouquet and flavor which is very nice.

it is so slow in veg, but when you take into account how ridiculously thick the stem/branches develop and how large and thick the fan leafs are it makes sense. like the plant was designed to survive in a very cold hostile environment, so instead of shooting straight up and wispy like a tropical sativa, it spends most of it's energy developing solid compact structure that is impenetrable.

i like plants that tell an interesting story

monte-yes,very smoooooth, very tasty flavor, and strong potent stone that is clear headed but once you get up or have to actually do something it hits you how stoned you really are.

locoporro-funny you caught that, i completely forgot i had even trained the plants. cut slits and used metal wire to pull down tonss of branches. those branches do not want to bend or move.

baet your plants look great.

I have some going now, about a week left.

I am trying to figure what is best veg time to get the max yield/time. They grow real slow, but they finish strong in 8 weeks.

I will keep playing around until I get it right. :rtfo:
