umm I guess Im just topping and training them somewhat

3.5 gallon and a couple 3 gallons. 1 plant to a container

60/40 foxfarms ocean forest to foxfarms light warrior with one tablespoon of peace of mind fruit and flower and some chunky perlite too

Once a week, half a gallon each plant

I have one small fan blowing air out and one fan blowing air in, just regular old fans and temps stay in the 70s

I want to begin flowering them tommorow, they've only been transplanted once so when should I transplant into bigger pots?

How often do you feed your plants and how often do you water them?

Yes, you have more than one problem going on, need to know what is causing it with more information though.

Plants are looking like they are under watered and are in need of calcium and nitrogen.

the red stems suggests that they are hungry, feed and give cal mag, as for the drooping etc might be a heat issue

I tried to answer as many of the questions as I could in my edited post and I havn't fed them yet at all and yes possibly underwaterd because I didnt want to overwater
