Bubba Kush, anyone know which one

My friend recently gifted me a cut of the bubba, wondering if anyone knows which one it is? The buds are rock hard, have a very unique smell that Ive never smelt before, its kinda strange almost I suppose I would say, but verrrry strong smell, you come in the room with a sack in your pocket and everyone knows instantly. It tastes very good tho, once again hard for me to describe lol but the high is very stoney or narcotic, just keeps me right on the couch but very happy. I would give it an 8 of 10.

Ill definalty keep this around for a while, and start another thread when I get it going. Anyone know judging by the nugshots and my ruff description of the bubba which one it is? And it might not look like it in these shots but some of the buds were very dark purple or had purple hues, my buddy says all you do is drop the temps a lil and it turns super purple if that helps at all lol, Thanks guys

I have a smal pieace of bubba kush in my statsh i had to trade a friend a pieace of medical nyc kush for it but more then worth it. funny thing is i can describe the smel either ive never smelt any bud like it but the nyc kush is the same way.

as for your question what do u mean by what kind of bubba is it?

So maybe its the kush smell then? Cause I've never really smoke "official kush" ya know? But as for what kind of bubba, I mean, I did a search and it seems like theres a few different cuts, not just one? Like pre98? and katsu? if remember correctly, so I was wondering if anyone knew which of them it is?

id say pre98 but you can never be too sure, id have to have seen the actual plant and its leaf serrations

If it turns colors, I would say Katsu......Ive never seen the pre'98 change color,even with cold temps.

pre98 will go almost black danny,,,,^^^^
both bubbas turn colors in late flower,
pre98 is the REAL bubba imo tho

the taste is unreal, similar to OGs but way more musky and coffee

thanks nycd and grapepunched, ill post pics later of the plants. And the pics you posted grapepunched does look very similar to the bubba my buddy grows, the top nugs were very purple and bottom were more green with hues of purple. Thanks again guys!
