Brown spots on one top leaf

Hello friends, I am Gerhard, 33, from Germany. It's my first serious grow, I have six fem Auto Orange Bud from Dutch Passion. I am growing them in 10 L soil plastic pots. It's this soil: https://www.compo.de/produkte/erde-...a-qualitaets-blumenerde-ca-50-weniger-gewicht .
I had typical beginner problems with too little light and the plants only on the windowside. I also committed the error to transplant the plants from little pots into the larger containers, producing a shock I believe. I also had three plants outdoors for a while but I found that they didnt grow well, so I got them all inside. After seeing the seedlings grow taller and taller without leaves, I had purchased a Lumii 200w black blade LED lamp. I am also now using a growtent and having all the plants inside. The lamp is at 100% power most of the time, and it's around 45cm (around 18 inches) above the top of the highest plant. Please take a look at the images I attached. What do you think about my setup now and most of all: what is causing the brown spots on one of the leaves and also the taco like curling? I guess it's too much light/heat? The soil has written on it that there should be enough nutrients for roughly 12 weeks and the soil is also recommended in German grower scene, if you dont have specific cannabis soil available.
Oh, I know I have to get a fan, it's already ordered and will be installed soon.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Best greetings

Gerhard

That is leaf septoria - an airflow issue.

Also, the plants aren't branching a lot, which could indicate dry air or a medium that is too heavy and is restricting the roots.

Then there is also the prefertilized soil.

It is either best to use a cannabis line of medium and the nutrients that go with it (Canna, Plagron, Biobizz), when you're starting out. (And use 1/4 of the recommended dose.)

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

On the other hand, if you want to grow organically, I would use:

2/3 Biokultura compost
1/3 buckwheat hulls or rice hulls or hemp bedding
2 tablespoons per gallon of bentonite clay

Mix that, water it, and that's it.

On top, add a 1 inch layer or wild herbs - leafy for vegging, flowers for flowering. Cover completely with 1 inch of the compost mix.

You use a fermentation of the plants you're growing - fill 1/5th of a bottle with:
- sprouted hempseed microgreens or sprouted sunflower seeds
- add water with honey dissolved in it
- put in a bottle with a fermentation lock (a rubber stop with a piece of glass/plastic to let CO2 out).

Within a week you'll have useable fermentation that when sprayed on will feed the plants the best nutrients, enzymes, hemp/cannabis specific mycorrhizal fungi, sugars for the endophytic fungi, coat the plants with a protective layer, and stimulate fast growth.

tanzan is right about you needing more airflow over the canopy. Also you are keeping the soil too wet and have water spots. Allow the top couple of inches to dry before watering again.

Thank you guys for the help! I got an oscillating fan now and I removed all leaves with septoria on them from all of the plants. So far, no new septoria has appeared. Ok thanks for the watering advice! I will try to water only when the top inch is dried out. But it is, at least for a beginner, such a temptation to overwater and over-fertilize, I guess. Yeah, now for the next plants I already have Biobizz Light Mix soil and Biobizz nutrient solutions. I guess the first six plants aren't so well, because of little light in the beginning and also because of transplant shock. I thought most of them wouldn't make it, but now they look much better. Now I also installed a Lumatek 200w above them next to the Lumii 200w and I think they slowly start to look better. Next buy will be a proper ventilation system from PrimaKlima. When I get home, I will post another picture.
Best greetings and thanks again!

Oh and what does water spots mean? Little bright spots on the leaves? I researched it on google but I am still not quite sure what it refers to.
Water spots are impurities that get lodged in the leaves from a lack of airflow. When the soil stays wet, the water's buffering capacity or impurities clogs up the stomata in the leaves causing water spots. I say impurities, but calcium can do the same when the plants are over-watered. .

Thanks, so hopefully in the future the water spots won't appear as much anymore. And what do they look like? Btw, we have what we call "soft water" here. We don't even have to de-calc the water boiler or the dishwasher. Should I order Biobizz CalMag, too? Or will it clog the stomata? Those stomata are for transpiration, right?

Over-watering is the problem. If you use tap or well water you should get a water test and find how what is in the water. If you just use RO water or Rainwater then get some cal mag too. I don't know what your soil is so I can't recommend any fertilizers.

So this is the current situation. Anyone knows where those little bright spots on the one plant comes from? Are those symptoms of overwatering? Best greetings and have a nice weekend!

Hey guys, take a look at the current status of my plants. I am quite happy at the moment. I didnt find any bugs or weird spots. Only one plant has two slightly bright leaves.
I have begun to give them some biobizz according to their scheme (i use like 2/3 of the recommended dose) and I got two 200w led on 100%. Today finally the carbon filter should arrive.
Best greetings

A good way to tell is very gently tip the plant out of the pot for a look. If the soil is dry in the center you need to increase the watering frequency. If its wet then hold the water.

Hi guys, every day, more leaves are full of those spots... Maybe it's still the septoria? But I got so much airflow now.. I am using a taifun flat fan on level 2 most of the time
