Brown Spots On Leaves [Pics Included]

I've got a 2-3 weed old seedling that has begun to show brown spots on it's leaves (see pics) - Starting with the lowest/oldest leaves first

I've been relying on the soil's nutrient source at the moment as I've got no nutrient solution (it's on the way), is this just a sign of lacking nutrients or do I have a Calcium, etc deficiency?

I'll be repotting it sometime in the next few days so would be great to get some input to what to put in it's new soil

hello, it no waaaaaaay needs repotting yet.

i would guess the little brown spots are to do with excessive moisture or something hindering things as the pots are too big as they are,

although, honestly if it is growing fine, i think you are perhaps being an overly-protective parent (they don't look bad, just some environmental things to iron out (either to wet / hot / too much nutes in soil).

- i would guess (due to leaf shape / vigour / pot size etc)
