Broken timer advice...

Hi all. I have a situation. Room has 3 1000w dwc setup. The timer for one site/light went bad. Who knows when. I noticed after 4 weeks of 12hr. That plants had monster everything. Except only heavy pistols. No bud formation. It had run through my mind the week before. That everything is great and huge but flowers were sure taking their time. I checked timers a week later. And found a broken one. So one timer was running 24hr... I have since installed new timer and got these 42 day ladies back on. Anyone have any experience with this???

I had a timer turn on for a few hours in the middle of the dark cycle for at least a week and it really fucked things up, the colas grew 6inch stems out of them with a bong hit sized nugget on the tip, full on mutant buds, it killed all bag appeal and affected yield but didn't effect quality. When it happened l gave them 24 hours of dark to try to get the plants back on track and let them know it's definitely time to start flowering. You can also try hitting them with Optic Foliar Switch it contains one of the safer PGRs Ethephon, people use it when they have light leaks and it prevents hermies and gets the plants back on track. I get so frustrated when a ten dollar piece of equipment fucks up a grow, good luck man

Thanks for your insite Bubbabear. I've been back 12hr for a few days now. I will post status on any structure in 2 weeks. But yeah the stems are the size of my fat fingers.
