Hi all,
Not only am I currently battling mites, but I've also noticed a strange thing occurring on a couple of plants.
A single branch on an otherwise healthy plant well into flowering turns brown at the point it meets the main stem and appears to die, cutting off the water and nutrient supply to the bud thus drying the bud out on the plant.
It happened on a few branches about half way up on different plants. I've noticed similar occurrences on tomato plants.
I imagine this is down to some kind of fungal infection or disease.
Has anyone ever seen this? Thanks for your help in advance.
