Are we really truly free while existing in a physical body and mind in a Universe governed by the laws of physics including the constant variable of the ever present moment of now? Our minds can think around physics but, not everything we think of works in the physical Universe and is regarded as just an idea.

Life advances into its own purpose; the experience of its own existence. But, what is that purpose other then making sure the next generation has a more happy and convenient existence? With so many conflicting ideas and ideals, what is truth? Our human minds are fallible and so is the environment, both inwardly and outwardly in which we exist.

no doubt the answer to this question is there ...
but unless we are Silent in the now ... understanding cannot come.
y'dig? Understanding must come out of Silence. if one is not Silent then Understanding cannot come.
Understanding does not come from linear thinking ... as a consequence of what one has thought previously.
the fable of Archimedes in his bath ... relaxed, half asleep, not thinking of anything in particular ... and whammo! or rather "Eureka". I have it! I have it! the solution came without thinking.
if yr aware enuf you will see this happens for you too ... even when solving a practical problem.
the same rule applies to the practical world as to the metaphysical ... because WE create both realities.
simple and complex at the same time.

You start by Loving yourself. Then spread Love to your family, friends and local community. Time and conditioning can make a simple idea seem complex. Simple as Love. There is no peak higher then unconditional Love. Love is a dynamic feeling force that connects humanity and the whole ecosystem of Earth together. Love for work makes for more advanced technology, quicker and more efficiently. The in-between is all about suffering and celebrating.
