Bottom heat for fresh cuts?

I was wondering if you guys think its really necessary to have a heat mat underneath freshly cut clones? I know it depends on heat and humidity in your room. The room is on 18 hours, clones are under a T-5. Im not sure on temps but i think coldest in the dark is probably around 60+ degrees

it might be a good idea to put the heat mats on a timer so they keep the root zone 20 degrees warmer when lights are out. temp should not flucuate that much when rooting clones. mu 2 cents only good luck
