bottled co2 vs propane generater?

right now i have a 600 cubic foot room with a sentinal two burner generater and controller.3,600 watts of light.two tons of a/c.when i set my set point to any thing over 600 ppm,i get serious bleaching.

can this room be too small for a propane generater?i know theres lots off gas by products that are not great.whould switching to bottled co2 help any?is it cleaner?only had this problem since adding co2.

i know my fertilizer up take should increase at higher co2 levels.

600 cu ft so what, were talking maybe a 10x10 with a 6ft ceiling??
sealed i assume?
and like you said there's other gasses coming off the propane
not sure what else but I think there is
just seems like a small room for a burner imo

bleaching, leaves? are you in bloom??
pics would be a great help?
and more info.... :)

My room is 8 ft cubed and have used a propane burner for years, you are pointing your antennae in the wrong direction bro,I use 3 1K's too for around 50 W sq ft.Maybe your lights are too low for that strain?Ive never heard of co2 bleaching plants

Only diffrence between the two from what i understand is buners run hot for few minutes and hour and bottles run cold. If ur burner is not giving off a clear-blue flame its not properly combusting all the fule and there for going to be (dirty co2) and thats not good.. From what i under stand you can adjust the flame to get the proper air to fuel ratios.. But its best to have both like superman and run them like he dose... But as far as the bleaching goes id say its the lights are to close but im not totaly sure... Good luck

I've never heard of co2 bleaching either. I have a fan with dampers that comes on when the lights go off to bring in some fresh air because my plants would get all droopy because the ppms would climb to over 2000ppms (that's as high as my controller would read) when the lights were off. But never any bleaching problems.

I run a 11x6(X8) sealed room and use co2. When I had a burner in their it raised the humidity pretty quickly. CO2 doesn't create humidity, but the burning of propane does.
For larger rooms I'd burn gas as it's more economical $$$...

never had this problem before i sealed up the room and switched to co2.as long as i keep it below 600ppm every thing is fine.the flames on the co2 burner look blue(clean burning).reset the co2 monitor.but the pre filter on my can filter turned black.so its not burning clean.too must invisible soot in the air.switching over to bottled co2 and see what happens.

If crap builds up in the burners it can make it burn poorly. I have to take mine off and clean the shit out of them, put them back on and it ran better. Never heard of one turning a filter black, but there must be something wrong with it.

I'm having the exact same problem. Never ever happened until switching to C02 closed system. How did the switching to the bottle help you Dragunn? I swithched two days ago but I also dropped back to 650ppm. I feel as though it is something to do with the air quality.
