I only bought a qt; im going to start testing this product. I (re)use BioBizz coco mix. (in containers) on a recirculating flood table.
I have been using Botanicare Pure Blend Pro Bloom (Soil Formulation) for close to two years. (7-10ml/Gal) (I'll use the same amount with Ripe)
PBPBloom Soil is 1.5.-4-5, and i use it though veg and flower. (Small plants need less, and if I want them to green up in veg, i foliar calmag 2-0-0.)
So...
__1-5-4 Ripe is close to my
1.5-4-5 PBPBSoil.
With my current regime, the girls yellow up late, late flower, which is perfect for my taste (and theirs too). Using Ripe throughout would have 1/3 less N, if i were to try it i would probably have to supplement with calmag.
My initial endeavor was to try another companies nutes, but i guess i couldn't drop botanicare. Im not dissatisfied, but the grass is always greener, and ive got botanicare locked down (I like to experiment anyway).
Any anecdotes about CNS Ripe, or someone switching from botanicare please post HERE
