here's a strain that was gifted to me late last year. i was in the process of moving rooms so this sample comes from a tester plant. to see if she would be making the move with me. from what i gather it went a little longer than it should have. most of my last harvest did not get the full attention i usually give so some of these "newer" strains might have suffered a little towards the end due to being unfamiliar with how they like to thrive. i'm also not the best at articulating ganja properties so a smoke report is a little difficult for me...especially when irie.
this strain was described to me as one from BOG's hand, ?bubblicious?, not sure exactly the name or background story but....
since ic has set a max image size i have had numerous problems resizing my pics so they haven't been the same crappy quality as usual....theyre even worst now
okay, so these plants finished around 19 inches tall and they were two to a 3.5 gallon bucket. buckets were filled with ffof/perlite mix. feeding was fox farm nutes at 1100-1200ppm at peak with no boosters. they were flushed with plain tap water 350 ppm for three and half weeks. good calyx/leaf ratio. not too leafy but the buds hardened up real nice. the plant stayed dark green most of flower till about the end of the first week in flush. they looked similar to some durga mata plants i've grown...i always thought the classic/common smell/plant to be Skunk but i am starting to think that its Northern Lights.
harvest time: 80 days
dried weight: 19 grams
aroma: fruit, the only thing i can think of is that classic weed smell....maybe northern lights smell...fruit/floral...its a pleasant smell but nothing that stands out as being strong.
flavor: the flavor is a smoke covered replica of the smell of this weed. its' inhale flavor is nice and smooth but nothing that stands out again. and its' exhale is light fruit or smoke covered fruit.
effect: wow. a hard hitter stone. it didn't really hit me right away. in fact it was about 2 minutes later and i definitely noticed a head change. Droopy eyes that started to water as i blinked to gain focus again. then i started to rub them and it was all down hill from here....in a good stoney way. slowed my motor skills down and couldn't put a thought together. i liked that the high lasted longer than a hour. a for sure couchlock effect.
i enjoyed the strain enough to grow one more time in a better environment. i think its full potential was not even close to being realized. Any which way one more run is in the works and then maybe a cross to keep its genetics around.
