Blueray player for computer

I don't have one but watch a lot of old movies and stuff on the computer. Is it worth buying a computer blueray player?


I have a klipsch pro media for sound and it is awesome, the best and the plan is to connect 2 units ( 1,000 watts, 12 speakers ) and so the sound is off the charts but how to get the right quality of video now?

Go Sony. They originated Blue Ray and have made advances. Their Blue Ray players have a lot of features. Usually can access the net though them too. Get anything. Even porn. It'll become your go to source for accessing entertainment along with the Roku.

It was 2006 when I last paid for content.

I did think about it last year but that was an illegal invite only streaming service.

My rec is for the Sony Blue Ray player. Don't know about computer DVD players. But just player not expensive either, less than $140 bucks I think.

Asus makes good DVD players and Blu Ray is just another format, sort of.
