FINAL COMMENTS: Just a quick vape report. The herb was just dry enough to vaporize it, although still plenty of moisture. I found a smaller bud that had dried faster. Got two full rips of decently dense vapor and went downstairs to pour my tea. By the time I got back to the computer less than 5 minutes laters I was nicely medicated. This is at least as potent as the commercial Dank, Kind, greenbud, or whatever you want to call it that I sampled in seattle. I would say, though, that another week or two of allowing the trichomes to swell would almost make this too potent to function well on after two full hits. I usually vape 2-3 puffs (of my home grown) or 4-6 puffs of weird midgrade mexican crap before meals so I can eat and digest them with less pain and suffering.
I find this highbred indica's combination of cannabinoids at this stage of harvest to be almost perfect. The couchlock is there for about 30 minutes or so until it is surpassed by an almost engertic sense of well being. perfect for my level of discomfort and I find I can still think clear without being too spacey as the indicas tend to do to me.
The taste of this is just awesome. The vaporizer seems to allow you to taste the terpenes and flavanoids better without all the green material combusting and confusing things. The berryness is definitely expressed, but it is in equal quantities to the bouquet of flowers taste. My wife said my breath smelled good after vaping. I can't wait for another few days of drying and 3-4 weeks of a jar cure. With any luck the rest of the harvests will be plentiful and I can leave this to cure long term to really allow the flavor to express itself.
