Blue Moonshine from DPS

High everyone
This is a "Blue Moonshine" plant from my latest grow. I got my seeds from Dutch Passion Seed Co, but I think it is the same strain developed by DJ Short a couple years back. These pics were taken just before harvest on day 77 of flower, and she has a sister that will probably go another 5 days.

Hello Mastergrow, I grew out some BM from DP several years ago. Pretty good tasty and somewhat narcotic. I don't believe mine went that long. Let me know if I'm spot on.

I grew DP B.M. like 5 years ago, it was quite pleasant...incredible flavors on a few phenos, big yields....even used a male for experiments with satisfactory results!!

Very Nice! I grew out some DP blue moonshine awhile back, she was a frosty frosty girl. Lacked blueberry taste/smell but was a very nice indica dom narcotic stone. Good shit!

Yes, I was surprised to see them go that long as well. DP says 56 days flower, so I figure my 2 girls are just a later pheno. Fortunately, I have an "Old School Thai x Skunk #1" and a "Phaze 13" (F-13 x Amnesia Haze) plant still going, so my closet can accomodate the late BM.

The smell is kinda strange....oil-based paint w/ a hint of fruit maybe, but not unpleasant. Besides the visible crystals, this plant is VERY oily....it totally gummed up my scissors on just the rough trim!

BM is supposed to be a strong, narcotic, Indica, and from some of the comments here, that would appear to be the case.

I didn't photograph the sister plant because, aside from being taller, she looked pretty much identical to the one pictured above.

wow ... , she looks very the ident to some of them i had in the pack , mine is just a tad bit darker from the leafes and more olive colored nugs , i got them from Djs stock not Dp

This is actually my first experience w/ DP Seeds, and I am definitely satisfied w/ my "Blue Moonshine" seeds....100% germ rate. Just sampling a few uncured "popcorn" buds, I can say that this is very strong weed! I have some DPS feminized "Holland's Hope" seeds in the freezer, and I hope they do as well as these. Heh - who can say? Puzzled me for a while too. My Flos were superb. That looks like a classic Blue Moonshine to me - awesome pics too.

NiceBro .Ive never grown DP's version but ive grown out over 30 beans from DJ and if it tastes,smokes or stones even close to DJ's, then you got yerself a sweety ,lol.Mine only went in the low 50's.Great job.Heres a pic of my fave keeper.Peace and stay safe,PVP ////
