i remember the trainwreck craze circa 99'-00'. Dont see it that much anymore, mostly TW crosses. I imagine well see the same of the BD except I relly like the BD, ive just never grown it fully to its potential outside and would like to be able to pull it in before oct 20th

i havent had the pleasure of growing blue dream yet, but i agree, she is EVERYWHERE.
i really do enjoy her crisp and mellow high! it is top notch imho. i have been interested in getting cuts of her, I may get her soon. heard that she is a huge yielder, which is crazy considering her fairly clean and clear head.

Most blue dream is pulled early and most the N.cal outdoor growers pulled at day 50-55 to beat out storms or where cutting while it rained on um.........I grew Dj short Club cutt release and would rather have Blue dream.......But djz was finished in 55-60 days.......Blue dreams a 70 + strain everyone pulles at 60 just cuz it really big at 60

all the blue dream ive tried seemed to be fully matured, with at least 15% amber trichs. i imagine pulled early it would be very up and clear, crystal clear.

Here is my breakfast consisting of some blue dream from the bay area and a homemade cappuccino. I can't say how important it is to start your day with a healthy breakfast, this fits the bill.

I was just gifted some Blue Dream cuts by a friend of mine... this will be my first time growing it. Any suggestions as to the nutrient concentration I should run? I usually go about 2.0 EC, but I usually grow indicas.... I don't have much experience with pure sativas.

I don't know EC but I would do about 1200 ppm or so. I'd say she's a medium feeder.

i can't wait for my Blue Dream to finish. leaves area already getting frosty and the buds are only roughly 45ish days in - they're just now starting to fill in. definitely a very sativa-looking structure with the long skinny leaves and good amt of stretch. hopefully this run will end up phat with all the organic goodness i've been giving it and I'll end up with the flavorful smoke of BlueDream, BlueMoonshine, BlackBerry, GDP, and GDP x BlueBerryKush.

So true Dr. Dank. The coffee brings out the flavors of the bud and the bud will bring out the flavors in the coffee. Respect to mother nature for bringing us both of these amazing flowering plants.

Perfect way to start the day for sure Loveisall. It really gets me moving and grooving in the morning. Not to mention the little smirk that it plasters to my face for a couple hours.

its got what i like to TRAINWRECK SYNDROME about 3 years ago trainwreck would be in every price catagory of every club jus FLOODED, i got my trainwreck clone then when my boy gave it to me

and now same guy gave me a bunch of blue dream cuz he had to many funny huh?

OK i change my rating of Blue Dream to 7/10 after smoking a very well-grown outdoor sample after a long day. Smokes better than any indoors (or OD) version i've seen in years, half the PR, go figure

but i still don't like BD all that much.. the trainwreck analogy is funny because i have thought the same thing before. Also funny because i have Trainwreck and Blue Dream in my gardens right now, along with other strains that i like much more

Trainwreck used to be hyped up about 10 years ago, still was pretty popular 5 years ago. Some cuts of trainwreck are much better than others. Trainwreck's popularity decline can be attributed to the mediocre cuts that made their way around Kali , while the good ones were hoarded and still are hard to find.

Blue Dream, on the other hand, only has one "version" that i'm aware of, and it gets boring quick when everyone and their mom has it.

I have smoked some awesome samples but wasn't impressed with the quality when i grew it myself(late fall crop w/ problems). Im keeping it for now but i like the kushberry clone i caught floating around the cabana a LOT more.

I must say, it gives me a highly advanced case of THE "NOIDS." Not pleasant.

This is kinda the reaction I had to it. Smoked, and ended up lost in my own mind, staring at the wall for six hours. Blue Dream is excellent if you're trying to burn through massive amounts of time in what seems like five minutes.
