Blue Dot

Being that this is my first post, I think I'll start things off right and show you my current project.

This is blue dot--a Northern California innovation out of Sonoma County. Some of you might know this strain well, it was quite the hype on the med scene a couple years ago.

It's basically (Skunk #1 X WW)X(NL#5 X CBB). There's plenty of WW in it for potency however the NL#5 makes it very smooth tasting and discrete smelling. This strain is one of my favorites, it's great medicine. I grow it both soil and DWC. Surprisingly, it's the only strain that I'm growing at the moment (I usually have a variety of strains growing at one time), however it's a smoke that always satisfys me.

cool looking strain

but you may want to think abount changing the strain name

....whenever I see the word bluedot on a ganja related site the first thing i think of are the sweet GonG bongs from places like www.vegasglassart.com
Bongs that go by the name BlueDot that are getting a pretty well known brand name

Thanks for the props...

With regards to the strain name--I didn't name the strain. It was developed some time ago for a med club called pharmacy out in Guernville (Ed Rosenthall might be affiliated with the strain's creation). There's also a red dot but in my opinion it's not as good.

I like how ICmag runs pretty quickly--mainly why I'm think I'll be using it more than I use OG in the future. In respect to that, I'm going to post all of my pics in one thread and try to advoid strain specific threads. Here's that page:

peace.

Nice lookin bay area blue dot! Those buds look frosty as hell. :yummy: I've been waiting for my cuts off the original Farmacy mom to continue my projects. Think i'll start my own mom to avoid the wait. Why should we change her name? Blue Dot in her own right is very well known dating back several years!

That's what I'm saying. When I say Blue Dot all my Sonoma Co./Emerald Triangle people know what's up--pure dankness.

I didn't know there was a blue dot bong company until recently.

Hey my grandma lives there. That smoke is a fave of mine. I never become immuned to it. Although I haven't seen it lately. If you can post some more pictures. More people need to know what this strain is all about.

My pics of blue dot don't really give the strain much justice--but here's some more:

Blue dot has to be one my top favorites; it's an easy smoking sativa/indica that's VERY strong with a couchlock type high (a lot like white widow but a little more sativa-ish). It smells interestingly sweet and the buds are deeply covered with small sativa like trichromes and has orange hairs comming out of every cranny of it. The trichrome coverage almost looks un-natural, trichromes look like they drip off of the bud--when I'm in the flower room sometimes i trip out, thinking that the trichromes are actually some kind of mold covering the plants b/c it's so thick (but i always come to my senses and realize how lucky i am to have such a strain). I can't even begin to describe it...It's a keeper in my garden for sure.

Growmatic, Looking Great!! :yummy: Blue Dot is one of our favorites up here. The batch we got had a super creeper high but when it hit, you were wasted :bat: Looks Good, keep up the good work!! HH

Growmatic so far you are the only person who has come up w/ pics of the dot that were good enough for me to confirm by sight. Do you know if the CC clubs up in Sonoma County sell clones of blue dot? I know they were selling clones of the inferior red dot.
