I have 2 going outdoors. They didn't seem to have any veg stage at all . Almost immediately right to flower. I'm not sure if this is common. My first time with an auto. Looking good though.

Yes, that's correct, thus the name auto flower. You'll see an explosion of changes in bloom stage.
