I have a Question for you Blazeoneup? I have a 4x4x8 hydrohut deluxe and have run different lights at a time. Do you think 2 1000 hps is to much for that space or do you think it would be better for me to use one 1000 hps on a light rail.
I have always been interested in light rails.... I would like to keep my electric bills down and or use the light better. I mean your setup uses the same amount of light as me and I have half the space ya know? It sure looks like you do not have a problem with light reaching all of the plants.

What do you think? There are pics of my grow in my gallery. THANKS

In 4x4, you don't need a light rail for a 1kw - 4x4 is the recommended coverage zone for a 1kw with no supplemental lighting.

Thanks.... I mean my grow space is 8 feet long and 4 wide and 7 high. So I was wondering if one 1k would work on a 6' light rail in the hydrohut deluxe? check my gallery and you can see the unit i think. Then I could double my growing space to say to two hydrohuts or a room like blazeone's at 8x10. I actually had a room like that years ago with a whirlygig light mover. All that time and I as still a beginner. haha

I went to home depot and found huge 4' bags of perlite and vermiculite. They are in brown paper bags, I think they were like $12... not bad.. saved me crazy trips...

yea I found them in the back of the outside garden area... it was by grass seeds, citrus fertilizers and pesticides..., also Im in FL. so maybe your store dont carry em...
