Kind of a dumb request, but can you give me an idea of how tall, and what diameter your bags are? I'm supposed to have bought 3gal but I think the girlie behind the counter grabbed 2gal. Must've been my stunning good looks and gentle demeanor. I mean, im 24 days into flower so doesn't matter - but now I'm like I MUST KNOW. I'm guessing it's your genetics that let you flower so fast and fill in so well, my Crush didn't stretch much (30"+/-) at all in my soiless mix and I turned em at 18-21". That was a four week veg, three under flouro, one under 1000MH.

How do you feel about your mix for going straight into flower? I would like to run a smaller version of NorthernFarmer's shelfs. Should I decrease the Blood meal say 25%? It may sit around for a week or two before it gets ran.

I'll be adding Kelp meal to the mix (on hand), and using a little molasses every other watering mid flower through harvest for some K and a little sugar to give the beneficials a little boost.

Sorry to hear about your cuts, Im not certain cause I dont have the bags beside me at the moment, But my guess is like 8" wide 12" height, I will measure them next time I water.

Actaully its not my genetics that allows this, The genetics Im currently running is a fairly slow grower with a minimal stretch, However I grow in a great environment with co2 enrichment so everything always seems to perform well. If I put a strain with a good stretch in there I may end up overgrowing the space.

Its not a good mix for going straight to flower, I would drop 50%-75% of the b- meal because if your going straight to flower your only seeing around 17 days max of stretch time and there is no need for all the extra N ...

Well its not hard just takes some planning and prep work, Other then that keep on schedule with everything and crops will flow smoothly.

Great thread/Results, one quick question, you don't let your soil mix sit before you transplant, does that have any effect on the lime? does the lime have a chance to break down and do it's thing? or should I mix the promix and lime up a week or 2 in advance then before I transplant add the blood and bonemeal etc...anywho great thread!! There is no need to pre mix anything unless you choose to. The mix will work fine planting directly into it the day its mix. I have seen no problems doing it like this many rounds.

Thats better version of pro mix then the brand I am using it will get the job done hehe...
