Black Thai drying...frosty buds.

Here are a few shots to give you all an idea of how bomb this clone is for an indoor grown thai. I mean it took forever but the buds are tastey stinky and look good as hell even before a good trim.
The stablity of this clone is one of the things I love about it.
For a pure Thai (or almost if not pure Thai) it grows well in 12/12 and no hermies at all which is a big thing with Thai strains.
So I can't wait to see how she does outdoors or in a 10/14 light cycle indoors.A friend is growing some outdoors this year ,so I'll get to try it around the begining of next year. lol

I'm sure outdoors the entire bud will turn dark purple.
I could have let it happen indoors.
BUt I was tired of waiting and the high was great already.
So chopped her down.
I got a new one going into flower soon. Should finish around the end of summer. lol
It's cool because they don't take up any space.
After a little bit of veg in the flower room(after the first month of 12/12) you can move it back away from the light.
Actually you kind have too.
Otherwise it grows too much leaf and less flowers.
So this thing was way out of the way the whole time pretty much.
I figure I don't mind having one plant thats not even in the way.
With that racey 70's sativa high. Why not. It doesn't get in the way and it doesn't take much water or food.
I think I went almost a month without watering her at one point.
But it takes lots of patience or lots of other strains to be harvesting to keep your mind off of it. I would never recommend only growing this strain because you'd be pulling your hair out waiting for it to finish. lol

Thanks guys.
I've been smelling out of the jar all day.
I can tell with a cure it's gonna get even more spicey.
Like hazy. And earthy like Nothing I've ever smelt to tel the truth.
Not in a sativa.
But it has some kind of purplish passion fruit smell also in the background.
That seems like it's going to go away and I think the smell will change alot after a cure.
I'm expecting a real earthy, spicey skunk with a slight passion fruit.
But the high is so racey and trippy.
Great weed.
And no cure.
Made my fingers stick together like glue after the trim.
SO it's sappy.
I think it will be better in my mix also.
More flavor. But we'll see.

Here's some Thai I got in Thailand ;] Phuket to be exact. You wouldn't believe how pressed it was. Not a seed in the whole block, although I did find dry seed pods, meaning the seeds had been removed before pressing.

It looked like some super pressed Mexi brick at first glance, but damn, it was potent. A 3" piece broke up to like 5-6 grams. $25 US. It was still moist and smelled fresh. Best Asian smoke I've ever had.

Looking good JDOG, sounds like a interesting strain. I bet the high will be killer after a nice cure.
