Someone gifted me a cutting i gave them years back now some of my vegging plants have these. They were easily killed using essential oils. Is this the borg?

I have 2 4x4 tents nearing the end of flower with 0 webs . No noticeable lack of yeild or anything . I don't see any webs on any of the vegging plants .

This being a recycled living soil grow am I screwed . I have 5x 20gal pots I've been running no till for quite a while. Plan was to only flower a few seedling during summer. I wonder if a complete shutdown is typically nessesary .

Those should be a little easier to kill than the twospotted spider mite, Tetranychus urticae! The reason you are not seeing webs is because the infestation has just started. I use cold pressed neem oil with a drop of dish soap in warm water. Spray down all the plant every 3 days on top and bottom of the leaves. Do that for 12 days to kill the new hatched eggs and the infestation should stay at a minimum. Stay on top of it, until this grow is finished and then break all your gear down and super clean everything before you start again. Good luck!😎

beneficial microbes. grub grenade of sorts, deep clean equipment and you should be good to go. I isolate cuts i get form people in a small isolation chamber i built for pollen collection, I watch them for few days to possible week or two.. I hate problems in general.

they never made it to the flowering tents 10m away.

The mites were easy to kill . I used 3 different sprays in rotation every other day . After 10 days after the 3rd neem application I didn't scope q single live mite.

Method 1 . Peppermint oil n stuff

Resin canola oil based

And neem oil .

Neem was by far the toughest on the plants .

I was really worried about them showing up next flowering cycle so I bought californucus and rained an entire greenhouse worth of beneficial mites in a closet and 2 4x4 tents . I really wish I didn't dump vermiculite all over my crop . I hope it comes off once weed is dry live and learn.

I also have noticed black mites lately.
I've also noticed that they are sometimes on the top of the leaf in the valley along the vein.
I've never noticed the two spotted spider mites on top, only under the leaf.
I think they may have came in on kratom plants.
