Black/Green spots on end of tap roots - Germinating

Hey everyone,

I just started germinating 10 OG Kush Fem seeds from Crop kings. I put them in a glass of water for 18 hours like they directed and then moved them to paper towel, its been roughly 80 hours now since I started and I have tap roots forming, however I noticed that some of them have either black or green on the very tip of the tap roots. Is this a sign that the seeds are no good? Any advice is much appreciated. Thank you!

The seeds were good because they germinated. If the tap roots have started rotting away it is because you are keeping them in soggy paper towels, just plant them.

@goingrey Thanks for the reply! So do you think these are no good now? Is that rot where the black spots appeared?
