Bird Poop health concern

I've noticed some wild birds (unknown species) appear to have been pooping on my outdoor plant. I clean the mess off with water as soon as I notice it. It's happened maybe 6 or 7 times over the entire grow so far. I'm coming toward the end of the grow and just wondering what if any are the health concerns associated of smoking such weed? I've checked online and found some bird poop can harbor a variety or bacteria. Mostly fungi causing respiratory illnesses but also Salmonella and E.coli which can cause food poisoning. But not all birds are always infected.

Just wondering if anyone's had a similar problem and had any issues or knows for sure if it's going to be a health concern.

I had to plant under a tree for security reasons this time around. Just got me a plastic, reflective spinning owl to scare the birds away. Hope it works.
