Bio bizz Allmix mixed with coco 50/50

i don't think it's a bad idea, it all depends on what do you want to achieve mixing coco with soil,
if soil is too "sandy", and does not retain much water sure coco might help, but also you will need to fertilize more,
for soil-organic, what i use to do is to mix with perlite and some clay pebbles at the bottom, to increase drainage of biobizz allmix (i use that too), but not much else. i think coco will not increase drainage, as allmix is already quite "clayish",

You should be fine using all mix straight from the bag,i never had any issues when I used it.You could add 10% perlite if your worried.

you can do both ways i guess,
straight coco for seedlings
or allmix with some perlite for seedlings
they won't require nutrients until their cotyledons have withered, so no worries there. just water, and not a lot.

You shouldn't need to add anything to the all-mix while your plants are vegging,just water and potting them up should be sufficient to keep them happy.
Biggest issue as a new grower is usually over watering them!
I was the same 1st grow but you'll soon learn that less is sometimes more with plants
