I received an email on this yesterday and Huff post ran this article.

It seems this bill would give an out to the O. Administration, to side step an all out lifting of the Marijuana prohbition while letting the states that have legalized regulate and police their own.
Finally a bi-partisan effort that tries to tread the middle ground between most concerns.
I think its a good step in the right direction.
I support it and have already messaged my reps to support it.
Please do the same if you are in favor of it.
